📋 Description

• Work on the mobile app team of a digital bank serving millions of customers, focusing on card, credit, payments, and account journeys • Join a product squad, taking on business problems and being responsible for app metrics • Develop and evolve Android app features in Kotlin, with a focus on performance, stability, and crash rate • Translate business journeys into product deliveries with associated conversion metrics • Integrate the app with GCP services, including Firebase, APIs on Cloud Run/Cloud Functions, and events via Pub/Sub • Instrument telemetry and business events, with ingestion into BigQuery for product decisions and A/B experiments • Ensure industry security requirements, including biometrics, certificate pinning, root/tamper detection, protection of sensitive data, and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and internal policies • Participate in the mobile CI/CD cycle: builds, automated tests, distribution, and Play Store publication • Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and dissemination of best practices within the squad

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Kotlin, including Coroutines and Flow • Jetpack Compose and Jetpack ecosystem: Navigation, Room, WorkManager, and DataStore • MVVM or MVI architecture, Clean Architecture, modularization, and dependency injection with Hilt or Koin • Consuming REST APIs with Retrofit/OkHttp, error handling, caching, and offline states • Automated unit tests with JUnit and MockK • Instrumented/UI tests with Espresso or Compose Testing • Git and working in an agile squad, with established code review practices • Firebase and experience with at least one additional Google Cloud Platform service • Previous experience in high-transaction-volume products, such as banking, fintech, payments, or digital retail • Nice-to-haves: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, IAM, BigQuery, Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, Feature Flags, Remote Config, Firebase A/B Testing, PIX, Open Finance, card tokenization, digital wallets, PCI-DSS requirements, Kotlin Multiplatform, cross-platform experience, Google Cloud certification, and accessibility/Play Store compliance
