📋 Description

• Analyze complex problems through direct investigation, research, proofs of concept (POCs), and support tickets with software or hardware providers • Lead, guide, and mentor the design of business solutions aligned with architecture principles and reference architectures • Ensure alignment with the business strategy and provide input for strategic decision-making • Communicate the current state of the business (as-is) and contribute to the future state (to-be) by proposing roadmaps aligned with business and engineering • Contribute to innovation, IT modernization, and process simplification • Lead architecture chapter ceremonies to drive continuous improvement in the Business and Solutions Architect role • Evaluate market solutions, tools, software, and startups by developing multidisciplinary analyses • Manage solution health maps to identify root causes and resolve problems • Capture the value streams and business capabilities involved in initiatives • Maximize the efficiency of IT solutions by reusing existing functionality • Manage reference architectures from creation through retirement • Participate in software selection processes, assessing alignment with architecture principles • Support initiatives by mapping Building Blocks, events, and the use of CADU • Close action items from the Architecture Forum • Address the tribe’s technical debt and transition architectures, prioritizing outstanding items with Business and Engineering • Monitor the tribe’s Architecture Team Score and address identified action items • Respond to Governance and Leadership requests as needed • Update technical risks and BIA when requested by Governance

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred • Intermediate English proficiency is preferred • Knowledge of Systems Architecture, Architecture Patterns, REST, Microservices, Messaging, and relational and non-relational databases is preferred • Knowledge of development technologies and awareness of technology trends and standards is preferred • Knowledge of Multi-Cloud environments and cloud solution architecture and design, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is preferred • Knowledge of DevOps and deployment automation, including Jenkins, Git, Chef, Puppet, and Docker, is preferred • Experience with systems integration, including APIs and enterprise systems integration, is preferred • Knowledge of security and the ability to design secure and protected solutions is preferred • Experience with traditional and Agile methodologies is preferred
