📋 Description

• Manage the employee hiring process, including: • Send hiring links and onboarding documentation; • Verify documents and validate information; • Schedule pre-employment medical exams; • Register and monitor records in eSocial; • Verify compensation in accordance with current legislation and internal policies. • Conduct onboarding presentations and integration for new employees. • Support mobilization and staff movement processes. • Provide administrative support related to hiring and integration. • Ensure deadlines and internal area processes are met. • Calculate vacation pay and submit for payment. • Organize and monitor vacation schedules with leadership, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; • Prior experience with hiring/onboarding routines; • Knowledge of eSocial; • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
