🎯 Requirements

• Java • Spring Boot • Oracle (SQL, data modeling, and query optimization) • REST APIs • Microservices-based architecture • Git • RabbitMQ or other messaging solutions • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) • MongoDB • SQL Server • Knowledge of systems architecture • Knowledge of system integration and APIs • Experience in mission-critical, high-availability corporate environments • Experience in technology modernization and continuous improvement processes • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Focus on quality, performance, security, and scalability of solutions • Proactive in identifying technical and functional improvement opportunities • Interest in innovation and adoption of new technologies, including AI-based tools.
