📋 Description

• **Technical Knowledge:** • **Programming Languages:** • **Apex:** Primary language for back-end development on the Salesforce platform. • **Visualforce:** Used to build custom pages, although Lightning has become more prevalent. • **Lightning Web Components (LWC):** Modern framework for front-end development on Salesforce. • **SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language):** For querying Salesforce databases. • **JavaScript, HTML, CSS:** Essential for interface customization, especially with LWC. • **Salesforce Platform:** • **Salesforce Administration:** Understanding of standard objects, custom objects, workflows, security, and permissions. • **API Integration:** Knowledge of integrations with other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs. • **Process Automation:** Using tools such as **Process Builder**, **Flows**, and **Apex Triggers** for automation. • **CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment):** Use of tools like Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX to manage code and deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• **Hard Skills:** • Salesforce Developer profile • Experience in back-end development using Apex; • Experience with the Salesforce Platform, Lightning Web Components, Application Lifecycle Management, and object-oriented programming • Experience with Triggers, test classes, GitHub, Jenkins, JavaScript, Web Services, SOQL/SOSL, system integration; • Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • In addition to development experience, must have familiarity with platform standards—for example, developing standard Salesforce functionality, Salesforce Cloud, among others. • **Soft Skills:** • Business insight • Engaged and proactive attitude • Clear communication • Client service • Problem solving • Organization • Focus • Resilience
