📋 Description

• Design scalable, resilient, secure Salesforce architectures aligned with business needs • Serve as a technical reference for Salesforce Sales Cloud, supporting architecture decisions, data modeling, and solution design • Lead the implementation and evolution of functionality for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, quotes, orders, forecasting, and the sales cycle • Define configuration, customization, and development strategies on the Salesforce platform • Develop and review solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, SOQL, and enterprise integrations • Design integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Outbound Messages, and middleware • Define integration standards, error handling, monitoring, traceability, retries, idempotency, and security • Evaluate and apply Flow, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and Permission Set Groups • Ensure the quality of data architecture, relationships, sharing, access, and governance • Define security strategies and support privacy and LGPD requirements • Structure and optimize deployments across environments using Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD • Promote version control, code reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance • Define strategies for unit, integration, regression, performance, and release validation testing • Conduct code reviews and solution reviews • Lead root cause analyses for incidents, performance issues, integration failures, and outages • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, architectural decisions, operating manuals, and runbooks • Support the technical roadmap, identify technical debt, and prioritize improvements • Work with Product, Business, Security, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and vendor teams • Guide developers, administrators, functional analysts, and partner consultancies • Translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions, considering impact, cost, timelines, risk, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and key sales processes • Experience with data modeling on the Salesforce platform • Proficiency with standard objects and experience with custom objects, relationships, and External Objects • Knowledge of Sales Processes, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and declarative tools • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL; experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns, unit testing, bulkification, error handling, logging, and Governor Limits • Experience with Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript • Experience with REST API and SOAP API; knowledge of Bulk, Composite, Metadata, Tooling, Streaming, and Pub/Sub APIs • Experience with Platform Events and Change Data Capture • Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Google Cloud, or AWS • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, digital certificates, Named Credentials, and External Credentials • Experience defining Salesforce architectures for medium- or large-scale enterprise environments • Knowledge of Salesforce Well-Architected, security, access control, data governance, LGPD, and personal data protection • Experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Organization-Wide Defaults • Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and deployment strategies • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, code analysis, and automated testing • Experience working across development, QA, staging, and production environments • Knowledge of release management, rollback, and version control • Experience monitoring integrations, jobs, automations, APIs, and performance • Ability to investigate incidents and lead root cause analyses • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical leadership • Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud • Ability to work with asynchronous processing and performance optimization • Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Autonomy, a systems-level perspective, accountability, and a focus on quality • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese • Technical English for reading documentation and interacting with international teams or vendors • Salesforce certifications and Android knowledge are a plus, but not required
