📋 Description

• Identify and list business problems and subdomains from scenarios and requirements • Structure problems into relevant business subdomains • Identify and classify high-level business capabilities required to support the company’s strategy • Extract, organize, and classify functional, non-functional, and business requirements • Link requirements to business problems and identified capabilities • Define the target architecture (TO-BE) and transition architectures for gradual migration • Ensure architecture alignment with architectural styles, such as Microservices • Define value streams and model interoperability between features and components • Identify reusable building blocks, focusing on efficiency and standardization • Apply microservices decomposition patterns, including DDD and Bounded Contexts • Apply the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) • Justify and adapt guidelines, approaches, and frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, and COBIT • Recommend solutions based on architecture analysis and business requirements • Ensure systems align with business needs and enable their evolution • Apply tactical DDD patterns in the design of microservices and components • Document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in large-scale software architecture projects, preferably in the banking or financial sector • Hands-on experience defining and implementing microservices-based architectures • Experience using architecture frameworks such as TOGAF • Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development best practices • Strong understanding of microservices architectures • Familiarity with various development technologies and platforms (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud) • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN) • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), both strategic and tactical patterns • Knowledge of the banking industry, its products, services, regulations, and challenges • Ability to analyze and solve complex business problems • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders • Ability to work in a team and provide technical leadership to other team members • Strategic vision and the ability to anticipate technology trends • Excellent technical documentation skills
