📋 Description

• Drive structured adoption of AI-augmented software development using Claude AI across technology squads • Deliver high-quality, hands-on full-stack web applications and APIs in Node.js and Vue.js • Build, scale, and maintain back-end services and modern front-end interfaces for high-scale SaaS platforms • Act as the team's Focal Point for AI Augmentation across implementation, testing, code review, documentation, and maintenance • Use Claude Code for repository-level tasks, diff reviews, and pull request management • Configure and maintain CLAUDE.md project context files, development standards, guardrails, and acceptance criteria • Create and maintain subagents, skills, and standardized prompt libraries • Integrate agents with internal tools, repositories, task managers, databases, and observability platforms via MCP • Implement CI/CD quality automations for automated pull request reviews, compliance checks, and test coverage • Apply context engineering to large or legacy codebases and validate outputs systematically • Conduct pair programming, developer onboarding, and hands-on enablement for AI-assisted workflows • Monitor AI adoption metrics such as lead time, PR throughput, and defect rates • Define human-in-the-loop code review criteria • Maintain documentation for APIs, architecture decisions, component design, and SDLC AI adoption guidelines • Support the operations, risk, and sustainability services and technology ecosystem of a global client

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer • At least 12 months of professional daily use of Claude Code in the SDLC • Solid back-end development experience with Node.js, RESTful/event-driven APIs, SOLID principles, and clean code practices • Solid front-end development experience with Vue.js, Composition API, state management, routing, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Experience with reusable component architecture, Design Systems, and UI component libraries such as PrimeVue and eCharts • Proven experience applying Claude AI across implementation, testing, code review, documentation, and maintenance • Proficiency with Claude Code for repository-level tasks, diff reviews, branch workflows, and PR integrations • Experience configuring and managing CLAUDE.md context files, custom subagents, skills, and prompt templates • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration • Experience setting up CI/CD pipeline automations using hooks and Claude • Experience with context engineering, task decomposition, and context window management on complex or legacy codebases • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, Azure, Docker, Redis, and MongoDB • Experience with API management, contract versioning, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, XSS/CSRF protection • Experience implementing unit, integration, and UI testing • Experience with web accessibility (A11y), performance profiling, and observability including logs, metrics, and tracing • English at minimum B2+ professional working proficiency • Currently and lawfully residing with a work permit in Portugal, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, or Romania • Must meet legal residency requirements; no visa sponsorship or relocation support provided • Claude Agent SDK / Claude API experience is a strong plus, not mandatory
