📋 Description
• Plan, structure, and lead complex projects using the Waterfall methodology. • Develop detailed schedules, project plans, and progress reports. • Define scope, deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring adherence to established objectives. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and processes. • Manage vendors and contracts related to the project. • Report executive status to senior management, focusing on performance indicators (KPIs). • Ensure complete and formal documentation for all project phases.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience managing complex projects, preferably within large organizations. • Solid experience with the Waterfall methodology, including planning and execution of long-duration projects. • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable and will be considered a plus, but is not essential. • Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Experience in project budgeting and financial control. • Fluency in English will be considered an advantage.
