📋 Description

• Define and evolve end-to-end solution architectures for digital products and platforms within the BS2 ecosystem, aligning business vision with technical feasibility • Lead solution design for complex integrations with partners, legacy systems, and Banking as a Service (BaaS) products • Establish architecture standards, API governance, and integration best practices for REST, events, and messaging, supporting API Management initiatives • Evaluate and recommend technologies by conducting proofs of concept and analyzing trade-offs involving cost, performance, security, scalability, and time to market • Serve as a technical reference for engineering squads, supporting architectural decisions and design reviews throughout the development lifecycle • Document architectural decisions, diagrams, and solution views, ensuring traceability and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders • Ensure solutions comply with security, resilience, and financial-sector regulatory requirements, including BACEN, LGPD, and Open Finance • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, infrastructure, and product teams to prioritize and evolve the technology roadmap • Support system modernization and workload migration to the cloud by defining transition strategies with minimal operational impact

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in high-criticality environments at financial institutions, fintechs, or payment companies • Strong knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures, including Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar technologies • Experience with API Management platforms and gateways, such as Apigee and Kong, along with API governance concepts • Experience with public cloud, preferably Google Cloud; AWS or Azure experience is also welcome, including containers and Kubernetes • Knowledge of application and integration security, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, mTLS, encryption, and secrets management • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Couchbase, as well as data strategies for distributed solutions • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture, using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions • Ability to communicate with technical and executive audiences, translating business requirements into solution designs • Nice to have: knowledge of the BIAN framework; knowledge of Brazil’s financial regulatory ecosystem, including Open Finance, Pix, and BaaS; TOGAF, Google Professional Cloud Architect, GCP, or AWS Solutions Architect certifications; experience with AI tools applied to software development, such as GitHub Copilot
