📋 Description

• Architect and implement agentic AI solutions • Design multi-agent architectures, tool-calling, memory, planning, and orchestration with LLMs • Develop autonomous workflows integrating RAG, function-calling, embeddings, and reflection patterns • Build guardrails and protections for agents: input/output validation, human-in-the-loop, and action controls • Conduct behavioral testing, red-teaming, and adversarial validation of agents • Support technical documentation, risk assessments, and audit/compliance readiness • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, translating technical risks into business impact

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python and developing AI/LLM-based solutions • Strong knowledge of Generative AI: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and model evaluation • Practical experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel • Familiarity with LLM observability, prompt-injection mitigation, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Knowledge of AI Harness Engineering, SDD, and LLMOps • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field • Solid experience as a Solutions Architect in complex corporate environments • Practical experience with cloud environments and distributed architectures • Proven ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions • Strong technical communication skills for both technical audiences and executives • Clear, structured, and assertive communication • Systems thinking and long-term vision • Ability to influence without formal authority • Autonomy, critical thinking, and technical accountability • Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams • Comfort working in complex, continuously transforming, and highly ambiguous environments
