📋 Description

• Develop creative content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Produce Reels, Stories, carousels, and videos from concept to publication • Use Canva, CapCut, and AI tools to create content efficiently and creatively • Identify trends and develop suitable formats for femsure • Take responsibility for social media channels and the editorial calendar • Develop ideas to increase reach and build an engaged community • Analyze performance and continuously optimize content • Support collaborations, campaigns, and events • Experiment with new AI tools and workflows • Work with the team to develop AI-powered ways of working that are more creative, faster, and better • Work directly with the founder on building the brand and scaling the startup

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying marketing, communications, media, or a comparable field • Experience with Canva, CapCut, and ideally other creative tools • Already working with ChatGPT and Claude • Willingness to continuously develop your AI skills • A strong eye for design, storytelling, and trends • Understanding of how social media content captures attention • Independent and entrepreneurial approach to work • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility • Bring your own ideas and be willing to implement them independently • Include examples of previous work with your application • German language skills are implied by the German-language job posting and the location in Germany, but are not explicitly stated as a requirement
