📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered systems that run reliably in real-world production environments. • Develop and optimize LLM and diffusion-based features, owning the lifecycle from prototype to scalable deployment. • Engineer structured prompt systems and evaluation workflows to systematically improve output quality. • Collaborate with backend and product teams. • Take full ownership of features, from experimentation and iteration to debugging, scaling, and long-term maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered systems in production. • Excellent Python skills: OOP, performance-oriented design, profiling, optimization, and writing production-grade code. • Hands-on experience with LLM/agent frameworks and SDKs: OpenAI, Google GenAI, Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangChain, etc. • Hands-on experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem: Transformers, Diffusers, Accelerator, PEFT etc. • Familiarity with diffusion and autoregressive architectures and their behavior in real-world production environments. • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and how to systematically improve prompt performance. • Experience building node-based or workflow-driven AI pipelines (ComfyUI, n8n, fal, etc.). • Familiarity with fundamental ML algorithms and data analysis. • Familiarity with serverless architectures for AI inference workloads (service design, autoscaling, cold starts, and cost-performance trade-offs). • Familiarity with Firebase + GCP ecosystems: Firestore, Cloud Functions, and cloud-native production workflows. • Strong backend fundamentals: API design, system architecture patterns, database design, scalability, reliability, and edge-case handling. • Kubernetes experience is a strong plus. • FinOps awareness: understanding cost drivers, usage optimization, and cloud/LLM cost control strategies. • Strong command of English at B2 level or higher, in both written and verbal communication. • High potential, ambitious, sharp mind: You don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen. • Proactive, self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive; comfortable working at a startup-style pace.
