📋 Description

• Support installation operations across North America by coordinating scheduling activities • Communicate with customers and assist with production workflows • Serve as a key point of contact during the installation process • Schedule jobs efficiently and maintain installation timelines • Work closely with sales representatives, Install Specialists, and internal departments to resolve scheduling challenges • Assist with material verification and installation date confirmations • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving abilities • Previous installation coordination or project scheduling experience (preferred) • Experience in home improvement, construction, installation, manufacturing, or production environments (preferred) • Knowledge of scheduling processes, material tracking, and production workflows (preferred) • Experience using CRM, scheduling, or production management systems (preferred)
