📋 Description

• Drive or fly to commercial properties to capture precise data • Use 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and software to document conditions • Gather building measurements, sprinkler and HVAC locations, windows, signage, landscaping, and utility details • Input collected data accurately • Communicate with property managers for access information and appointment scheduling • Maintain minimal yet professional communication with managers and trainers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or outdoor fieldwork • Comfortable on ladders (up to 30 feet) • Experience using technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology) • Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy • Organized, focused, and self-motivated to work independently • Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Willingness to travel out of state Monday–Friday (home most weekends)
