• Serve as the CMDB Owner and Subject Matter Expert • Act as the primary point of contact for CMDB-related initiatives • Provide proactive and transparent communication on CMDB initiatives • Lead CMDB governance efforts, ensuring data integrity and usability • Design, implement, and maintain automated CMDB discovery processes • Drive CMDB maturity by identifying data quality gaps • Collaborate with technical teams to establish accurate service relationships • Develop and support ITSM applications and integrations • Troubleshoot complex issues related to CMDB and related technologies • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and governance frameworks • Deliver training and mentorship to technical teams
• 5+ years of hands-on CMDB administration and governance experience • expertise in CMDB architecture, data modeling, CI relationships and service mapping • solid experience with Device42 discovery and data reconciliation • experience integrating and maintaining CMDB data across ServiceNow and other platforms • understanding of ITIL processes related to configuration management • experience designing CMDB integrations and automation solutions • proficiency with Microsoft Office products and technical documentation tools • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
