• Responsible for managing a regional sales team which includes meeting sales quotas, ensuring team members are supported and have the tools required to be successful. • Plan strategies with regional sales team members to achieve sales and profit objectives. • Review, evaluate, and assess our largest and most critical customer requirements. • Manage and develop key customer relationships. • Responsible for cultivating relationships with customers within the assigned sales region. • Coordinate sales effort with distributor networks. • Responsible for meeting with executive and administrative staff to solicit and gain support at the highest levels in the customer organization.
• Bachelor's degree is required • A minimum of five years of progressively responsible capital equipment sales experience is required. • Ability to successfully lead a team remotely. • Top sales performer with a history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. • Advanced knowledge of sales, account management, forecasting, marketing, and customer service. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time and territory management skills. • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
