📋 Description

• Quickly understand product onboarding workflows and their variations based on offer type, platform, and partner • Organize the creation of labels, SKUs, and product structures, ensuring standardization and consistency • Coordinate product registration and configuration across the platforms used by the company • Execute and oversee operational testing and integration validation between platforms, gateways, and partners • Ensure the proper functioning of purchase, payment, tracking, and post-sale workflows • Coordinate operational connectivity with backend, fulfillment, and sales-channel partners • Manage multiple stages simultaneously while maintaining organization, pace, and quality under tight deadlines • Serve as the point of connection between marketing, technology, operations, and external partners, preventing rework and technical failures • Maintain operational control after product creation by monitoring adjustments and updates • Adapt to frequent changes in processes, tools, and market rules within the Direct Response industry • Execute onboardings independently • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities • Propose practical improvements to checklists and standardization procedures • Support multiple simultaneous onboardings with predictability

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Direct Response platforms such as ClickBank and CartPanda • Proficiency in creating and managing SKUs, variations, and complex product structures using Excel and/or Google Sheets • Knowledge of international dropshipping (U.S.) and inventory-free sales workflows • Advanced working proficiency in English for navigating interfaces and interpreting documentation • Highly analytical and detail-oriented profile, with a focus on preventing cataloging or integration errors • Ability to work with organization, predictability, and a consistent execution pace • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to anticipating issues and proposing operational improvements • Experience with multiple international payment platforms and gateways • Experience with nutraceutical or information products • Previous experience in high-volume environments with rapid traffic deployment • Practical knowledge of tracking and event validation
