📋 Description

‱ Handle complex CX cases end-to-end through phone and email. ‱ Be the human in AI-assisted retention when customer situations require empathy and context. ‱ Support white-glove relationships for VIPs, consignment partners, rescues. ‱ Set the quality bar for how Fi engages with its members. ‱ Surface product and program insights to improve experiences for members. ‱ Operate fluently in Zendesk and internal tools.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 1+ years in customer support, preferably involving technical complexity, retention work, or VIP/partner relationships. ‱ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; articulate, empathetic, and unflappable on phone calls. ‱ Strong judgment under ambiguity. ‱ A bias toward ownership in resolving complex issues. ‱ Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and human judgment. ‱ Genuine care for dogs and their people, embracing startup energy with iteration and change.
