• Strategic partnership and relationship management to our credit bureau partners and stakeholders • Generate standard notifications as per bureau agreements and correspondence • Collaborate with legal teams to facilitate the review and approval of correspondence • Participate in internal and external meetings to assist with preparation and content • Manage task lists and logs for activities requiring close tracking • Assist in the organization and maintenance of contract-related documentation • Maintain legal logs and monitor the completion of legal requests • Prepare management reports and presentations for publication
• Proven experience managing multiple B2B client/business/vendor relationships with enterprise partners • Prior experience working with credit data and banking/credit bureau partners (Highly Preferred) • Demonstrated ability to act as a primary point of contact for key internal/external stakeholders • Prior experience with contract administration, legal review, compliance, and pricing negotiation • Proven strength in problem solving and navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
