📋 Description

• Serve as the Salesforce subject-matter partner to the Scores Product Owner • Review and refine user stories authored by the Scores Product Owner • Lead the analysis and solution-shaping work to migrate the Scores go-to-market motion • Own the target-state solution design • Identify, evaluate, and design AI-powered automation and agentic workflows • Lead the testing strategy across releases • Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce system questions and issues

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce business analysis, consulting, and administration • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solution designs • Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT in a professional context • Strong testing discipline, including writing test plans and scripts • Direct experience in the credit scoring or credit bureau industry is highly desirable • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, such as Platform Administrator or Platform App Builder • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
