📋 Description

• Increase regional revenue • Maintain key sales and end-customer relationships • Lead a small but growing sales team • Market development: build and expand the network of distributors, wholesalers and end customers • Team leadership: lead, coach and motivate a small team (3–4 direct reports) • Strategic sales execution: align the long-term market growth strategy with day-to-day sales objectives • Customer retention: conduct regular customer visits and represent Fieldpiece at trade shows and events • Collaborate with the EMEA sales team and other departments • Optimize operational processes for Fieldpiece’s presence in the DACH region.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with HVAC products or tools • Minimum 5 years of experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team • Proven track record of consistently meeting targets • Fluent German and good English skills • Based in Germany and willing to travel frequently within the DACH region • Demonstrable experience and success with a structured sales process, including use of a CRM system • Team player with strong analytical skills • Ability to make decisions in uncertain situations • Structured, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
