📋 Description
• Filigran is a global, fully remote cybertech company building open-source solutions to anticipate threats • Build and lead Filigran's first CSIRT and Security Operations framework • Define incident detection, response, containment, and recovery processes • Manage relationships with managed SOC providers for hybrid Level 1 monitoring • Act as primary incident commander; build incident playbooks and drive post-incident reviews • Run threat intelligence analysis and attack simulations using Filigran products (OpenCTI, OpenAEV) • Establish Filigran-CERT (F-CERT), ensure compliance and prepare for future certifications and audits • Act as player-coach: hire, mentor, and define roles for SecOps team growth
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in CSIRT, SOC management, or Security Operations • Strong background in incident response, forensics, and security monitoring • Experience working with managed SOC services in hybrid models • Knowledge of threat intelligence practices and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, STIX/TAXII) • Familiarity with red teaming, breach & attack simulation (BAS), or security testing • Hands-on mindset: comfortable being the first and only security operator • Ability to design processes, scale teams, and establish new security functions • Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executives
