📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, helping them succeed with Financeit. • Use your product expertise and consultative approach to drive partner engagement and sales growth. • Coach and support partners on Financeit’s program, tools, and best practices. • Train businesses on how to position financing and offer flexible monthly payments to their customers. • Lead regular training and coaching sessions with small and mid-sized businesses to help them level up. • Make sure new employees at partner locations are fully trained and confident using the Financeit platform. • Ensure all activity meets our approval and risk standards. • Grow volume with existing partners while ramping up new ones to achieve consistent results. • Collaborate closely with our Merchant Approval, Activation, and Engagement teams to create a smooth partner experience. • Travel as needed to visit dealers, attend tradeshows, offsites, and other events.

🎯 Requirements

• BA degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management. • 1+ years of experience in consumer lending, financial services or banking is preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships in an asset. • You know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. • Must be located in Eastern Canada. • Travel is required.
