• Serving as the dedicated Single Point of Contact for customers • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers • Performing high-touch phone engagement and proactive outreach • Investigating and resolving complex customer issues • Monitoring customer activity for continued compliance to loan agreement • Proactively identifying emerging risks and reporting to management • Conducting proactive outbound calls to customers
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to conduct research and risk analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
