📋 Description

• Own the financing-product funnel end to end, including eligibility, acceptance, payout, renewal, and performance metrics • Translate company strategy into product strategy on a six-month horizon, executed in six-week blocks • Lead expansion into new platforms, countries, and use cases end to end • Own pricing structure, experimentation, and analysis of results • Serve as the front door for Commercial, Operations, and platform partners • Set standards for product discovery and delivery, ensuring work begins with real problems and ends with measurable outcomes • Ensure required data is obtained from platforms, public registers, or merchants • Work with founders, Risk, Finance, platforms, engineers, and designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product • At least 2 years personally owning a funnel or conversion metric with direct accountability for performance • Demonstrated success moving a funnel through product experiments, including understanding outcomes and failures • Knowledge of pricing experimentation and experiment design • Experience launching products into new markets or segments end to end • Experience coordinating legal, operations, engineering, and external partners • Ability to challenge platform partners when requests do not benefit merchants • Willingness to personally produce specifications, analyze data, and test merchant flows as a first-time user • Clear written communication • Fluency in English • Strong ownership mindset • Nice to have: hands-on pricing experience, marketplace/platform/embedded-finance experience, or experience as the sole product person in a company • Lending background is not required
