📋 Description

• Answer customers daily by phone and through LINE, Facebook, and email tickets • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution • Share recurrent issues with management to identify long-term solutions and prevent recurrence • Make follow-up calls to customers • Collaborate with the Customer Service team, team lead, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Thai and English speaking) • Strong communication skills • High motivation and absolute reliability • Can-do attitude • Strong attention to detail • Good analytical thinking skills • Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure • Ability to work rotational shifts 5 days per week, Monday–Sunday, during 7:00–21:00 Thailand time
