📋 Description
• Manage and support clients' technical implementation processes. • Actively participate in product gap analysis processes. • Technically configure new EDI routines according to client or commercial team requirements, based on established scopes. • Configure scripts, EDI maps and portals for delivery and implementation of internal and external projects. • Execute required tests using data sets to ensure delivery in pre-production environments and maintain quality. • Carry out processes within pre-established schedules agreed with clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or related frameworks. • Knowledge of SQL. • Prior experience in implementation or related areas is desirable. • Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus.
