• Monitor and ensure the use of educational platforms, ensuring proper operation, organization, user experience, and preparing results and impact reports for stakeholders. • Track technology trends in education and propose innovations aligned with the institution’s strategy and mission. • Contribute to continuous improvements in digital educational tools. • Support the design, development, adaptation, and implementation of digital educational objects, learning journeys, and solutions, taking into account different contexts and realities of school networks. • Monitor technology vendors, acting as the focal point of contact, evaluating delivery quality and compliance with established agreements. • Analyze usage, engagement, and user success indicators, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support data-driven decision making. • Support integration between pedagogical, technology, and operations teams. • Support user and internal team training on the use of educational solutions. • Oversee registration processes, ensuring data quality and integrity through validation and integration of information from different sources and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. • Previous experience with digital products or digital education. • Experience in technical support and operations, providing user support, diagnosing issues, documenting processes, working alongside technical teams, and proficiency with ticket management platforms (e.g., Zendesk). • Knowledge and application of emerging technologies such as generative AI. • Familiarity with innovation tools and user experience methods (UX/UI, Design Thinking, Agile, CSD Matrix, OKR). • Basic programming skills and familiarity with concepts such as APIs, SSO, integrations, and process automation. • Skills in data analysis, building dashboards, reports, and metrics (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Hotjar). • Commitment to (and implementation of) digital accessibility practices.
