📋 Description

• Handle daily requests and demands of the department; • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, accurately and with high quality; • Calculation/preparation of PIS, COFINS, IRPJ and CSLL for companies under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido tax regimes; • Support in the preparation of EFD, ECD and ECF filings; • Run queries, extract and reconcile reports and system routines; • Active participation in the accounting close process and implementation of new practices related to the Tax Reform; • Prepare reconciliation reports for accounting accounts (financial investments, withholding tax (IRRF) on financial investments, financial income, bank reconciliations, foreign exchange variations, etc.); • Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts of the company; • Perform vertical and horizontal analysis of variations in accounting accounts; • Support external audits and tax inspections; • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required); • Experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or controllership (required); • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (required); • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with leadership; • Collaborative and team-oriented; • Critical thinker with an analytical and investigative profile; • Planning, organizational skills and a systemic view; • Proactive, dynamic and takes initiative; • Flexible with the ability to innovate and generate solutions; • Active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council) (desired); • Experience with Oracle systems (desired).
