• Gestão, suporte, comunicações e ações para garantir o cumprimento e novas implementações do programa de Excelência Comercial • Atualização, coordenação e análise do processo de Forecast • Atualização, gestão, coordenação e análise do processo de AOP • Atualização, análise e gerenciamento de relatórios comerciais, como Win & Loss, performance das vendas, funil de vendas, churn • Desenvolvimento de novos relatórios para dar suporte a equipe comercial • Gestão do sistema Salesforce e auxílio a equipe comercial • Aplicar localmente os projetos e iniciativas globais
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência sólida com rotina e performance comercial • Forte capacidade analítica, com facilidade para traduzir dados em insights • Autonomia, senso de prioridade e responsabilidade para atuar com diversos níveis hierárquicos comerciais • Pacote office intermediário (excel avançado) • Conhecimento em Power BI • Conhecimento nos sistemas Salesforce e Tableau • Inglês intermediário • Espanhol Intermediário • Habilidade em se adaptar a mudanças e solicitações urgentes não planejadas • Espírito colaborativo
