📋 Description
• Manage corporate benefits with a focus on administering and controlling Vale-Transporte (commuting allowance). • Monitor requests, actions and transactions related to the benefit, ensuring compliance and adherence to deadlines. • Enter and update information in the system, ensuring correct configuration, data integration, and reconciliation. • Oversee operational processes and payments related to the area's suppliers. • Support the team's administrative and operational routines, contributing to process organization and efficiency. • Prepare and monitor area KPIs/metrics, supporting operational analyses and controls.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field; • Availability to work on a hybrid schedule in downtown São Paulo; • Experience handling Vale-Transporte (commuting allowance) matters at the national (Brazil) level; • Experience working in the retail sector; • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
