• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including collecting, verifying and organizing documents, system registrations and coordination with partner areas, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to deadlines. • Perform employee record and contract changes, such as amendments, vacations, leaves of absence and terminations (when applicable), ensuring accurate records and supporting documentation. • Administer electronic timekeeping and the time bank, monitoring inconsistencies, coordinating resolution with managers and employees and maintaining up-to-date records. • Operate and monitor benefits administration (enrollments, removals, changes, eligibility and controls), liaising with vendors and updating databases. • Provide employee support by analyzing requests and advising on personnel matters, focusing on clarity, quality and documentation of interactions. • Draft and review personnel communications, policies and guidance, ensuring alignment with internal policies and legal requirements. • Support audits and internal controls by organizing evidence, maintaining physical and digital files and contributing to the update of policies and procedures. • Consolidate operational controls and KPIs for the area (onboardings, timekeeping, benefits), proposing improvements, standardization and process optimization. • Work collaboratively with People Management and Finance & Administration, providing support to other teams. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in the handling of sensitive employee and company data.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields; technical qualifications in the area will be considered a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions such as VLOOKUP, data organization and analysis), plus Word and PowerPoint for document and presentation preparation. • Solid knowledge of personnel/payroll routines, covering hiring, timekeeping control, benefits administration, vacations, leaves of absence and termination processes, as well as interpretation and application of current labor legislation. • Experience with electronic timekeeping and/or payroll systems, preferably LG Lugar de Gente, including document organization, operational controls and database updates. • Ability to work autonomously in personnel routines, ensuring legal compliance, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs. • Practical experience with timekeeping and/or payroll systems, especially LG Lugar de Gente, including management of records, controls and operational databases. • Experience organizing, standardizing and improving HR/Payroll processes, including creation and monitoring of controls and area KPIs.
