📋 Description

• Serve as the interface between internal areas (operations and corporate) and the commercial team; • Lead and/or support the development of commercial plans with health operators; • Monitor the performance of client portfolios, identifying opportunities and risks; • Perform commercial analyses (price, volume, and margin) and propose strategic actions; • Conduct market analyses using databases such as ANS and TISS; • Support and/or lead strategic projects within the area; • Participate in monitoring rate adjustment processes with operators; • Develop executive presentations to support decision-making; • Support credentialing/onboarding processes for new services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Experience in commercial, planning, or strategy areas; • Experience with commercial and market analyses; • Knowledge of the supplementary health sector (providers and health plan operators); • Knowledge of pricing models (CH, AMB Table, among others); • Experience creating executive presentations (required); • Advanced Excel.
