📋 Description

• Perform critical analysis of the organization’s context, proposing improvements aligned with strategic objectives and quality objectives to maintain the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. • Ensure that documented information (policies, management guidelines, work instructions, etc.) required by the integrated management system is appropriate and sufficient for employee use and supports decision-making. • Critically analyze the results of monitoring and measurement of tactical and operational indicators to assess the performance and effectiveness of the integrated management system. • Conduct internal audits to ensure the integrated management system is implemented effectively, based on the requirements of certifiable standards ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and RN 507, as well as the organization’s own requirements. • Support and follow up on external audits of the integrated management system (certification and maintenance) to assist business areas in presenting evidence of compliance with the organization’s certifications. • Lead recurring alignment meetings with business areas as change agents to evaluate the adequacy and sufficiency of compliance evidence for maintaining the organization’s certifications and to prepare stakeholders for internal and external audits. • Organize and lead quality forums with superintendents, managers and quality champions to promote awareness of how their actions contribute to the effectiveness of the integrated management system, including the benefits of improved performance and the implications of nonconformity with organizational requirements and certifications. • Critically evaluate the effectiveness of actions arising from nonconformities and opportunities for improvement related to internal and external audits, indicator measurements, process execution, customer complaints, among others. • Act as a quality champion to disseminate best management practices and process improvements to develop team members within the area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Nursing or related fields. • Preferably specialized courses or an MBA in Quality Management, Productivity, Accreditation, etc. • Course on interpretation of RN 507 and/or ISO 9001. • Internal auditor training course. • Knowledge of action plan management, indicators and auditing.
