📋 Description

• Work in SOC Level 1 operations. • Respond to clients (phone, e-mail, instant messaging, etc.) and perform ticket triage. • Monitor security tools and analyze incidents to assess their severity and urgency, and escalate incidents when necessary. • Prepare documentation and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SOC operations; • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection tools; • Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems; • Analytical thinking, good interpersonal communication, and the ability to handle increasingly complex tasks as part of professional development; • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields; • Basic English; • Experience using SIEM tools; • Knowledge of industry frameworks: CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP; • Knowledge of firewalls, IDS, WAFs, and other related technologies; • Cybersecurity certification; • Intermediate English.
