📋 Description

• Support the growth of microcredit, balancing volume, quality and efficiency. • Analyze large volumes of data and produce clear business recommendations. • Strengthen commercial management routines and execution discipline. • Work on commercial intelligence and planning for microcredit. • Define and support commercial targets, priorities and action plans. • Structure analyses of productivity, efficiency, quality and results. • Identify risks, opportunities and performance levers for the business. • Develop and monitor commercial performance indicators. • Produce analyses and executive materials oriented to decision-making. • Support the evolution of reports, dashboards and analytical tools. • Connect strategy, planning, execution and results monitoring. • Participate in forums and management routines with a critical mindset and results orientation.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in data analysis, with the ability to generate actionable insights for the business. • Strong analytical profile, highly results-oriented and data-driven decision-making. • Proven experience in commercial planning and performance management, including defining strategies, setting targets and monitoring results. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. • Postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management is a plus. • Excel (advanced): advanced use for complex analyses, indicator modeling, performance monitoring, data consolidation and support for executive decision-making. • SQL (advanced): data extraction, processing and validation, building complex queries and generating insights for strategic analyses and performance management. • PowerPoint: preparing executive presentations with a focus on synthesis, data storytelling, clear communication and supporting leadership and executive forums' decision-making.
