📋 Description

• Evaluation and approval of new growth avenues, including new business lines, new geographies, or new products and services — covering M&A, greenfield projects, or investments in startups — through analyses, research, assessment of synergies, evaluation of strategic value and risks, assessment of potential partners, and construction of financial models to support investments that ensure Ipiranga’s growth, robustness, sustainability, and longevity. • Financial Modeling and Valuation: preparation of economic and financial feasibility analyses for the company’s strategic projects and valuation of target companies. • Business Cases and Investment Theses: preparation of structured presentations/theses for the Investment Committee and the Executive Office, focusing on financial return, risks, and strategic alignment. • Due Diligence Support: coordination support for due diligence processes in partnership with internal areas and external advisors, ensuring information integrity and risk mitigation. • Investment Management: monitoring the financial performance of completed investments, comparing results against the Business Plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Experience with valuation (DCF), financial modeling (NPV, IRR, payback), and mergers & acquisitions processes — preferably within the M&A team of a large corporation, an investment bank, or strategy/financial consulting firms. • Soft skills: Adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, communication, analytical mindset, and teamwork. • Technical skills: Knowledge of corporate finance, economic and financial viability models (NPV, IRR, payback), understanding of financial statements, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
