📋 Description

• Act as the focal point for public procurements and tenders • Maintain technical-commercial relationships with insurance brokers • Assess partners' suitability and fit for public-sector business • Provide technical support for waivers/direct awards, tender documents, and administrative appeals • Support electronic auctions (e-procurement) and bid setting • Update documentation in accordance with applicable public procurement law

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the laws and bureaucratic procedures governing negotiations with public entities • Experience with public-sector business and transactions • University degree (Bachelor's) completed • Intermediate Excel skills for database handling are a plus • Technical courses in the field are a plus • Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus • Ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in the process (from commercial/sales to business and legal teams)
