📋 Description

• Management of contracting and alignment of projects for the construction of sales stands, stores, and decorated show apartments through Procurement. • Management of the construction execution for sales stands, stores, and decorated show apartments. • Management of maintenance for the operation of sales stands with support for marketing activities. • Monitoring approved feasibility versus operating time, fixed costs, and incidental expenses for each project.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. • Proven experience managing points of sale, preferably in the construction sector. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data. • Excellent communication skills. • Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
