📋 Description

• Support strategy and value proposition: lead studies, diagnostics and define the value proposition for financing initiatives within Payments/Purchasing, aligning customer needs with desired outcomes. • Structure performance management and business insights: organize executive monitoring (KPIs, funnel, cohorts/vintages, unit economics), identify opportunities and recommend action plans to accelerate results and improve efficiency. • Support economics & pricing: assist in building and validating economic hypotheses (e.g., impact of fees, term, incentives, channel/mix) and govern assumptions together with Finance, Controllership and Credit. • Support governance and cadence: maintain monitoring routines, prepare executive materials and decision forums, consolidating status, risks, next steps and recommendations. • Support roadmap and deliverables: help interpret the roadmap and its implications, ensuring clarity on impacts and business needs. • Monitor performance: track KPIs, funnel, mix, vintage and unit economics, ensuring analytical oversight and consistency of metrics. • Generate insights and recommendations from data: support leadership’s strategic decisions through consistent, results-oriented analyses. • Support the evolution of pricing and economics proposals: contribute to adjustments and improvements based on data, hypotheses and business impact. • Create and maintain executive materials: prepare presentations and reports for committees and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and conciseness. • Lead governance and tracking of strategic deliverables: organize status rituals, consolidating progress, risks and next steps.
