📋 Description
• Work in the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring standardization and organization of routines • Support project governance (schedules, meeting minutes, documentation, and controls) • Monitor project performance indicators • Support portfolio control and resource allocation (FTE) • Consolidate operational information and support the preparation of management reports • Update and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI) • Ensure quality and organization of project information • Support tracking of project risks and status
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in PMO / Project Management / Planning or Processes • Experience with project governance routines • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization) • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and PMBOK • Experience in monitoring KPIs/indicators • Strong written communication (reports, meeting minutes, documentation) • Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail • Knowledge of Power BI • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) • Experience working in consulting environments • Intermediate English
