• Analyze the digital performance of LATAM subsidiaries, identifying opportunities, patterns and performance deviations; • Evaluate the impact of personalization and optimization initiatives, translating results into practical recommendations, including adjustments and replication of successful strategies across markets; • Consolidate insights and prepare weekly executive reports for stakeholders; • Support the development of personalization strategies and the digital experience together with internal teams and subsidiaries.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and/or similar; • Familiarity with personalization and testing tools: Adobe Target, Insider, Google Optimize or similar; • Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret performance metrics (CVR, CTR, funnel, etc.).
