📋 Description

• Populate the platform with the main loads currently being worked on to provide visibility of loads to Partner Agents, Drivers, and internal teams; • Manage the onboarding of new Partner Agents into the portfolio through the structured CRM process (Partner Agents funnel), building commercial relationships with these leads, providing information about the Program, and assessing each lead's eligibility for the program; • Activate new Partner Agents by ensuring they have their first driver referral validated and that the driver completes a load on our platform; • Handover activated Partner Agents to the relationship team, validating all agent information and their registration in Cash.in, the platform used for variable payments; • Maintain interface with Motz branches, ensuring the flow of knowledge about the routes worked and the execution of Partner Agents' driver referral processes (carried out by the Motz Agent); • Perform analyses and growth projections for the Partner Agents portfolio, including margin performance, volume, and other business metrics, by branch, cost center, region, and other segments; • Analyze process and operational bottlenecks that limit performance, and develop insights to prioritize actions that reduce friction in our partner acquisition process; • Identify opportunities to grow the Partner Agents portfolio, aligned with Motz's growth strategy; • Fulfill weekly internal reporting routines and track channel metrics;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; • Experience in Logistics (Transportation); • Experience with B2C sales processes; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills; • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments; • Experience working with outsourced/third-party teams; • Experience managing a sales funnel using HubSpot CRM;
