📋 Description

• Commercial Performance Management: Monitor and report weekly performance of pension products, focusing on Contributions and Portability, translating numbers into root-cause analyses and trends; • Economic and Financial KPI Analysis: Prepare and report performance reports focused on Premiums, Loss Ratio (Claims), Surrenders (Lapses), Reserves and Expenses, performing variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) to identify deviations and opportunities; • Actuals and Forecast: Support the monthly estimate and projection process for Revenue (Premiums Written and Earned) and reporting of Actuals, ensuring forecast accuracy and explaining major result fluctuations; • Results Presentations and Projections: Consolidate indicators from multiple business lines into executive dashboards, simplifying complex information for director-level presentations (Board Meetings); • Reporting and Systemic View: Act as a user of financial planning and BI platforms, ensuring data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields; • Prior experience in FP&A, Commercial Planning or Controllership; • Advanced Excel and strong logical reasoning skills; • Intermediate to advanced English; • Familiarity with Reporting/Planning tools (Anaplan is a plus); • Experience with data visualization tools; • Good communication skills to interact with different areas and strong focus on deadlines.
