📋 Description

• Perform technical analysis of documents for regulatory compliance (project documents, construction works, suppliers), supporting the client throughout the process; • Use and interpret technical standards when performing services; • Conduct technical site visits with a focus on performance and quality; • Knowledge of construction execution and services; • Understanding of the execution process of on-site activities; • Prepare technical reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; • Experience with design, construction, or technical analysis; • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; • Knowledge of Revit is desirable; • Knowledge of civil construction technical standards (building codes); • Valid driver’s license (CNH) and availability for site visits; • Analytical and organized profile; • Good communication and technical interpretation skills; • Proactive and eager to learn; • Commitment, focus, and attention to detail; • Interest in quality and performance in civil construction.
