📋 Description

• Obtain insurance quotes by sending the required data and information to insurers to find the best insurance options that fully meet the policyholder's needs. • Prepare the proposal letter for the policyholder by presenting all necessary information about the insurance to present the best options that fully meet the policyholder's needs. • Prepare the policy issuance request and submit it to insurers to formalize acceptance of the risk within the timeframe requested by the policyholder. • Analyze requests for new insurance quotes and/or renewals (individuals) by reviewing incoming quote requests to identify the risk profile. • Review proposals received from insurers by analyzing policy terms and pricing to compare available options, identify essential coverages, and determine the best value for the policyholder. • Send policy documents and payment slips to the policyholder using computerized systems and tools (e-mail) to ensure the policyholder is informed of their rights and obligations under the contract. • Ensure accurate registration of data and information for issued policies using digital systems and tools to maintain organized, reliable records for consultation and other activities. • Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as needed or requested by the area, participating in training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth. • Search the insurance market to obtain the best placement for clients' lower-complexity risks—considering criticality, size, revenue, and political relationships—by negotiating to provide the best financial and technical solution to the client and presenting a technical, commercial, and consultative comparison. • Provide necessary support and assistance to other departments by supplying data and information to ensure continuity of processes and task execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite • Knowledge of property risks, fleet, liability (civil liability), infrastructure, marine, aviation, and/or transportation insurance • Experience in insurance with risk placement, new policy issuance and/or policy renewals • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, analytical ability, organization, and planning skills
