📋 Description
• Support client technical implementation processes. • Actively participate in the product gap analysis process. • Configure new EDI routines according to client or commercial team requests, based on established scopes. • Configure scripts, maps and portals for delivery and implementation of internal and external projects. • Execute required tests using data sets to ensure delivery in a pre-production environment and guarantee quality. • Perform processes according to pre-established schedules agreed with clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT (or completed higher education in Information Technology). • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or related frameworks. • Knowledge of SQL. • Previous experience in implementation or related areas is desirable. • Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a plus.
