• You acquire new customers and excite them about our account‑switching products • You support the development and implementation of a scalable sales strategy • You align optimal sales targets in collaboration with your team lead and the product team and build long‑term business relationships • You establish and optimize sales processes, tools and KPIs • You conduct sales conversations, negotiate contracts and provide full account management for existing customers • You analyze market and competitor trends and identify opportunities • You enthusiastically represent us at events, expand your network and actively drive sales
• You already have initial professional experience in sales • Ideally, you have experience in the banking or fintech environment, or you bring comparable professional experience relevant to the role • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., trained bank clerk - all genders) • You are goal‑oriented and possess a strong, persuasive presence • You present yourself with confidence and poise • You love talking to customers, closing deals and turning contacts into real success stories
