📋 Description

• Own and drive the development of end-to-end credit risk framework for all credit products • Engage with external vendors to enhance credit risk detection capabilities • Create methodology and work with Machine Learning Engineers to improve Credit Risk Engine • Partner with Heads of Product and Engineering to embed risk in product design and strategy • Architect the data strategy for credit scoring and risk models • Build and own the portfolio monitoring stack • Design, build, and calibrate early warning indicators/credit monitoring system • Act as a strong Second Line of Defence (2LoD) • Own and continuously improve credit risk policies and reporting • Ensure alignment with EMI/PS4 regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in credit risk • Hands-on expertise in SME lending and credit cards • Strong experience with automated underwriting and risk models • STEM/quantitative degree is a strong plus • Solid understanding of risk governance, policies, and processes • AI-native mindset • Unit-economics/product led growth mindset • Critical thinker with a strong ownership mindset • Highly collaborative, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic
